The French company craft ai has won the 2nd Edition of “Start & Pulse”, an international program launched by Credibom (a Crédit Agricole group subsidiary in Portugal) with the objective of promoting innovation and distinguishing companies that can improve the Bank's business model by developing new technology solutions.
Among the 14 proposals submitted, Credibom has chosen craft ai with its AI solution for data streams in time series to improve consumer experience and predictive analytics. The proposal focuses on a Predictive UX case that applies craft ai Explainable AI technology to the development of a more dynamic, adaptive and personalized service. craft ai XAI technology is executed on both real-time and historical data. The expectation is that this solution will improve the interaction and experience of bank customers while accessing the Credibom website, resulting in a higher level of success in the credit subscription process and a higher conversion rate.
In the first phase of the program, the Credibom team, composed of 20 employees from different groups (Digital Transformation, IT Architecture, Data Science, Product Managers, BI & Analytics, UX Design, CX, Brand Managers and Digital Marketing & Innovation), reviewed all proposals and selected six startups after a live pitch to participate in the bootcamp: Velocidi (PT), ReciTAL (FR), Ub Technologies (NL), Zaion (FR), Blue DME (FR) and craft ai (FR). At this stage, the team worked closely with startups to improve the proof of concept that were pitched.
During the bootcamp, which took place in September at the Tagus Park Congress Center in Oeiras, the six competing teams participated in speed meetings and workshops. The jury, made up of Credibom, Cap Digital and TICE.PT, eventually consecrated craft ai as the big winner of the 2nd edition.
Credibom's “Start & Pulse” program, a bank owned by the Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance Group, aims to promote innovation. The competition is free and open to the participation of all SMEs and innovative startups or microenterprises, as well as university and R&D projects. The winning project receives a €5,000 cash prize to support the development of the experimentation project and also the opportunity to present its project to other group companies.
